Excellent customer service, arrived on time, both the owner and employee were pleasant and professional. They worked hard to keep our home clean during the messy process of cleaning the heavily soiled chimney. Excellent results - definitely recommend!

He showed up on time installed my pre-purchased logs and gave me instructions on how to use them. He also gave me tips on what else to do with my fireplace since I had been told that I had cracked flu tiles. If I ever need any more help with my fireplace I plan on using him again.

I doubt you could find anyone better or more polite and helpful than these guys. Very helpful and answered all questions and concerns. After they were complete with cleaning the fireplace and chimney they then asked us about all our fire/smoke detectors and went through the house checking them all and giving any recommendations they might have for fire safety.
